Anyway about 75 people are expected, and someone has said we need a guest book. I asked what the purpose would be, and it was told that it is for guests to not only sign their names but their addresses; this would make it easier for the bride to write thank you notes. Here is my argument…the bride is the one who gave us the guest invitation list complete with their addresses! In fact, she has a complete data base of information. Not that you can do anything with any of this information at this late date but, for all who visit in the future, showers should not be receptions.
