I was right. Instead I found that most of the stuff Kiersey discusses in this book I already had researched online. One thing I really appreciate about this book is how positive it is. And by the last chapter, I was a little worn from reading it.Includes the original Keirsey Temperament Sorter. My mom gets super annoyed at chwracter whole personality typing thing. A very important point that Keirsey strings through the work is the idea of the Pygmalian Project; id est, trying to shape others to be like oneself and value the the same things. You can put the book down and in about 15 minutes, someone is looking at your copy trying to see what you are learning.
I would recommend this book for people wanting to understand why people behave as they do. The teaching and learning sections were really interesting. These are the most clear-cut and logically laid-out, and a strong majority of what I read resonated with truth. The chapter on SPs my polar opposites nearly made me cry.
